PUBLIC NOTICE   Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Worcestershire County Council (Various Roads, Abberley) (30 Mph and 40 Mph Speed Limit) (Revocation and Proposal) Order 2025 On 10 July 2025 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to update the speed limit on the following lengths of road in Abberley to 30 and 40 miles per hour:

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Worcestershire County Council (Various Roads, Abberley) (30 Mph and 40 Mph Speed Limit) (Revocation and Proposal) Order 2025

On 10 July 2025 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to update the speed limit on the following lengths of road in Abberley to 30 and 40 miles per hour:

30 Miles Per Hour

A443: From a point 375 metres west of its junction with C2230 (The Common) in an easterly direction then a south easterly direction to a point 100 metres southeast of that junction.

B4202: From a point 90 metres north of its junction with C2071 in a southerly direction to a point 215 metres north of its junction with A443.

40 Miles Per Hour

A443: From a point 100 metres southeast of its junction with C2230 (The Common) in a generally south easterly direction to a point 185 metres north of its junction with B4203.

There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 31 July 2025.
